🍷 Rosé Strawberry Jello Salad
An elegant, layered salad featuring the delicate floral notes of rosé wine combined with sweet strawberries and pineapple, finished with a luscious cream cheese and sour cream layer.
Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs strawberry gelatin
- 1 ½ cups boiling water
- 1 ½ cups rosé wine
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen strawberries
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 (3 oz) pkgs cream cheese
Preparation Instructions
- Base: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in rosé wine, strawberries, and drained pineapple. Refrigerate until partially set.
- Cream Layer: Mix sour cream with cream cheese until smooth. Spread over half the gelatin mixture.
- Final Set: Pour remaining gelatin over the top and refrigerate until firm.
