🥗 Carrousel Macaroni Salad
A hearty, flavorful pasta salad featuring a perfect blend of ham, cheddar, and peas.
Ingredients
- 7 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- ½ tsp seasoned salt, ¼ tsp pepper
- 17 oz can peas, drained
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup diced celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Preparation Instructions
- Season: Cook macaroni; drain but do not rinse. While hot, toss with oil and vinegar.
- Mix: Stir in onion, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Fold: Gently fold in peas, ham, celery, and mayonnaise. Chill thoroughly before serving.
