   Ingredients required
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cup blackberries
2 1/4 cups blueberries
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions for Triple Berry Crisp Recipe

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add butter to bowl, then cut in the cold butter with two forks or a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix the berries, zest, sugar, and cornstarch. Placed the berry mixture in a 9 x 12“ baking dish. Spread the oat topping over the berries, then bake until golden brown, and bubbly, about 40 to 45 minutes.

Makes eight servings.
