Instructions

  1. Brown chopped onion in hot fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer slowly for 1 hour.
  2. Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and form into small meatballs.
  3. Brown meatballs in hot fat.
  4. Add browned meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf and serve over cooked spaghetti.
