Ingredients

1 pound can salmon
8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened 1
Tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3T. snipped parsley

Instructions

   Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecan and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a ball and roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Serve with crackers. Serves 14 to 16 people.
