Macy's is a full-line department store offering apparel, beauty, fragrance, shoes, handbags, accessories, home goods, and more — with Macy's Star Rewards, personal styling, and gift registry services. As of December 2025, the chain has significantly scaled back in Upstate New York, but the Syracuse location at Destiny USA remains open and thriving as the only Macy's serving Onondaga County.
